Helping Sexual Assault and Abuse Victims Everywhere is a non-profit organization that provides healing resources, programs and information to victims of sexual assault and sexual abuse.
To provide healing resources, programs and information to victims of sexual assault and sexual abuse.
As well as to educate organizations and the general public to the healing needs and experiences of survivors.
When Hailey went looking for help healing from the horrible effects of childhood and dating abuse from decades before, she couldn’t find it. This program is to share resources, information and ideas for healing. It is a constant work in progress as new research and information emerges to help victims.
“I am a daughter, a sister, a wife and a mother. I am a college graduate who loves animals and the outdoors. I am also a sexual abuse and rape survivor. I struggle everyday to heal the wounds inflicted by the criminal, malicious and evil trauma I sustained
When I was raped I didn’t know what to do, where to go or even the proper definitions for what occurred. I want to do whatever I can so that others know what to do, where to go and the true definitions of sexual crimes. And my childhood abuse was deemed “normal” I only recently have come to understand the reality of what I endured. So much in our society that is considered normal and acceptable, is not. Your body is yours. You have the God given right to make your choices and to change your mind.”
-Hailey, Helping SAVE Founder
For every victim of sexual assault and sexual abuse to know where to go for help, to be completely supported and guided through their individual healing process. And for organizations and the general public to show compassion, understanding and support to victims everywhere.
Our Healing Classes are designed specifically for sexual assault and sexual abuse victims. We have instructors who are aware and trained to provide classes to aid in healing from sexual trauma. It is a safe space where a therapist/counselor is present. Currently we offer, through sponsorship and donations, a free two-hour combined Healing Yoga and African Dance class, as well as a free three-week Healing Art Class.
